BASF Coatings (India) Pvt Ltd, the leading supplier of automotive and industrial coatings solutions, received Ford Motor Company's highest recognition for supplier quality - the prestigious Ford Q1 award - at a recent vendor meeting held in Chennai, India. The Award was presented by Mr. Keith Cooper, Director Purchasing Ford Asia Pacific and Africa and Mr. Arvind Matthew, Managing Director, Ford India to Dr. Ramkumar D, Chief Executive, BASF Coatings India. The company, which has been supplying various coating solutions to the customer since 2003, is the first paint manufacturer to win this award.
