THE paint industry has undergone a major change during the last decade. The decorative paint consumers are now more choosey. Due to the trends in the decorative paint market, several hundred shades are now made available to the paint buyer in the retail paint shops. In the process these retail paints shops have become the extended production floor of the paint factory. The role played by the retial outlet is getting expanded more towards to satisfy the market requirements without compromising technical properties of the paint.
