MICHELMAN announced the acquisition of 50% interest of Drex-Chem Industries Pte.Ltd.in Michelman Asia-Pacific Pte.Ltd..Michelman Asia-Pacific was a 50/50 joint venture between Michelman and Drex-Chem Industries,established in 1997 in Singapore.It was opened as a regional manufacturing facility for Michelman performance additives and coatings.The company took this step of acquisition due to the increasing acceptance of Michelman products in the market.
