New developments in water-and solvent borne ink resins for packaging film laminates

摘要

In this paper recent developments achieved by NeoResins in solvent and water-based polyurethane resin technologies targeted for laminating ink applications are discussed in detail.The trend in solvent-based laminating inks towards more universal inks with respect to printing technology,substrates adhesion and adhesive choice is highlighted while a new member of the family of elastomeric polyurethane resins meeting these challenging demands is introduced.
