ISSPA 14th Biennial Conference

On the onset, I and my Conference Committee team heartily welcomes all delegates to ISSPA 14th Biennial Conference to be held from 27th to 30th Dec 2016 in Delhi. An announcement was made by the Hon. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on 8 November 2016, in an unscheduled live televised address to the nation. In the announcement, the PM declared circulation of all 500 and 1000 bank notes of the Mahatma Gandhi Series as invalid effective from the midnight of the same day, and announced the issuance of new 500 and 2000 banknotes. However, other lower value banknote denominations remained legal tender and were unaffected by the policy.
