摘要

In live cell imaging the demands be- ing made on the microscope system have increased considerably in the past few years.In addition to brilliant optical imaging for all contrasting techniques such as fluorescence and DIC,great importance is now being placed on the provision of ideal incu- bation conditions.The goal here is the practically uncompromising imi- tation of the natural ambient condi- tions of cells in terms of temperature,pH-value and O2 concentration directly on the microscope.
