Tikkurila to acquire Serbian paint company Zorka Color

TIKKURILA has entered into an agreement to acquire the business operations of Serbian paint company Zorka Color. The seller of the operations to be acquired is Zorka Color d.o.o. and its subsidiaries, and the buyer is Tikkurila Oyj and its subsidiaries.
