Rosin modified allyl ethers

High purity rosin modified allyl ethers of polyhydric alcohols were prepared and characterised by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Allyl compounds comprise a large group of ethylenic compounds, having unique reactivities and uses, often contrasting with those of typical vinyl type compounds.
