Complex load share applications made easier

A large plastics company in Turkey needed to improve the relibility of power to their manufacturing facility, to ensure continuity of supply to critical manufacturing processes. Reliable power was essential to their daily operations so the company decided to install four emergency power generator sets with a total capacity of 6.6MVA. Controlled by DSE8610 modules, the generators can synchronise and share the full load of the factory in the event of a complete power failure on all nine supplies, but can also load share with live mains supplies in the event of failures on only one to eight.
