Formal Synthesis of Tamiflu: Conversion of Tamiflu into Tamiphosphor

摘要

A short, enantiomeric, synthesis of Shibasaki's 3rd gen-eration intermediate to form (-)-oseltamivir phosphate (Tamiflux) has been achieved in eight steps with the use of inexpensive starting materials. A formal synthetic route to convert tamillu into tami-phosphor via Fang's tamiphosphor intermediate has been accom-plished.
