When BAC Corrosion Control (BAC) began to investigate the possibility that switch mode power (SMP) supply technology could be applied to ICCP (impressed current cathodic protection) systems, it turned to REO to supply the SMP units. Together, they introduced ICCP to the National Grid at over 100 sites around the UK.
