Duplicated Wirsung duct is an extremely rare congenital abnormality of pancreatic duct [1-3]. A 35-year-old woman was referred to our institution for evaluation of recurrent acute pancreatitis. At first, endoscopic retrograde pancreatography showed lower Wirshowed lower Wirsung duct with patent Santorinni duct. Following pancreatic sphincterotomy, we could successfully remove intraduc-tal stone. Finally, endoscopic retrograde pancreatography showing that contrast was passed through both lower (arrow) and upper (arrowhead) Wirsung duct into the duodenum (Fig. 1).
