摘要

The study of molecular interactions and their regulation within macromo- lecular assembly at the cellular level is the basis of a wide variety of medi- cal,pharmaceutical and biotechno- logical applications.In that respect,it needs the development of new strate- gies in modern live microscopy with high spatial and temporal resolution.
