New polyacridine compounds: Synthesis of acridine dimers and tetramers

A series of 7.9-disubstituted acridine dimers and tetramers have been synthesized from nucleophilic attack of 2-bromomethyl-9-chloro-7-methoxy acridine 5 by different alkyl diamines. [References: 16]
