alpha -Aminophosphonates are synthesized by three component condensation of aldehydes, amines and diethyl phosphite using montmorillonite KSF under microwave irradiation in solvent-free conditions to afford enhanced yields and reduced reaction times compared to conventional methods. [References: 20]
