A contribution to problems of force intensity for breaking the mould in permanent mould casting process

The manufacture of a shape complicated casting on a permanent mould casting machine is shown in the contribution. During technological manufacturing process the pressures in the hydraulic system of the manufacturing machine were measured. From the course of these measurements the forces for drawing of cores or breaking the mould are calculated. For operators the obtained results are a certain possibility for the choice of the size of needed permanent mould casting machine, for designers of permanent mould casting machines they show the needed size of linear hydraulic motors in the permanent mould casting machine.
