摘要

Actinobacterial isolates randomly obtained onnitrogen-free BAP medium from surface sterilized rootnodules of Alnus glutinosa, Casuarina glauca and Elaeagnusangustifolia sampled from fields were reported. They wereassigned on the basis of partial 16S rRNA sequences toMicromonospora, Nocardia and Streptomyces genera. Theisolates have been screened for hydrolytic activities, indoleacetic acid (IAA) and siderophores production, phosphatesolubilization and antagonistic activities. Results suggestputative traits as plant growth promoting bacteria proprietiesof the isolates that occur in unique association in rootnodules of the three analysed actinorhizal host species.
