Human Cell-based Expression Technology

摘要

For production of biopharmaceuticals like recombinant proteins,monoclonal antibodies or vaccine antigens,a variety of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cellular expression systems has been developed in recent years.These expression systems considerably differ with regard to posttranslational modification of the bi-opharmaceutical product.Since product identity,quality and safety are crucial for biologies to be used in human therapy,permanent human cell lines will be the expression platform of choice in the future.
