摘要

The C-60/poly(isothianaphthene) (PITN) heterojunction device was fabricated and its electrical characteristics and photoirradiation effects were investigated. This device has current-rectifying function. Upon photoirradiation, both forward and backward currents were enhanced, and photovoltaic effects was also appeared. These results were discussed in terms of charge transfer between C-60 and PITN in the ground state and photoexcited state. [References: 7]
