Mada signs Regional Cable Network agreement to transform telecom in the Middle East

Mada Communication signed an agreement on December 16, 2010, in Ankara, Turkey, with Superonline, a Turkcell group company (Turkey); Etisalat (UAE); Mobily (Saudi Arabia); Zain and Jordan Telecom (Jordan); and Syria Telecommunications Establishment (Syria) to initiate a 7,750km Regional Cable Network (RCN) Project, marking the beginning of a new era in the region. Crossing five countries and intersecting five cities, the RCN will revolutionize Internet access throughout the Middle East.
