摘要

The process of vinasse concentration with energetic integration, using turbulent mist evaporator types was developed by Dedini S/A Indiistrias de Base. This was based on its 90 years of tradition on supplying equipment and solutions for sugar, ethanoland energy markets, in partnership with Benchmark Design of the US. This allows the possibilities of no additional steam consumption which reduces 6 times the volume of vinasse produced during the distillation process. The thermal source (vapor) used in the evaporation process is the alcoholic vapor generated on the top of rectifying column "B." This is not condensed in condensers, but is sent to a pre-heater in the 1st effect of evaporation, exchanging heat with vinasse in an indirect form.
