Tata Communications, Huawei and Huawei Marine Complete First 400G Long-Haul Subsea Network Field Trial

Tata Communications, a provider of a New World of Communications, Huawei, a global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider and Huawei Marine, a global submarine cable network provider, announced the successful completion of a 400G field trial on a subsea network over 6000 km. The test results demonstrated an optical transmission of 400G signals, an industry-first for a submarine cable system of this length.
