FRIEDRICH KOCKS to Supply 900,000 t/a Medium Section Mill to Daye Special Steel, China

DAYE SPECIAL STEEL Co., Ltd. (DAYE), part of Chinese CITIC Pacific Steel Group, will install a medium section mill in Huangshi, in Southeastern of Hu-bei province. The order for the finishing mill, a 3-roll Reducing & Sizing Block [RSB], was placed with the German company FRIEDRICH KOCKS GMBH & CO KG based in Hilden, highly influenced by the excellent performance and the trouble-free operation of the RSB in DAYE's already existing specialty bar mill.
