摘要

Temperature and magnetic field dependences ofpinning parameters connected with J_c distribution are obtainedfrom measurements on electric field-current density characteristics.A scaling law of the pinning force is confirmed. The temperaturedependences of the normalization field which is the glass-liquidtransition field and that of the maximum pinning force arediscussed. The results suggest the existence of two phase structurein Bi-2223 and Bi-2212 samples.
