MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EQUATIONS FOR INCOMPRESSIBLE VISCOUS FLUID AROUND A ROTATING OBSTACLE

摘要

This is an expository paper on the progress in the studies of the Navier-Stokes flow in exterior domains, where the obstacle is rotating with constant angular velocity. The existence, stability, and asymptotic behavior of the solutions are discussed.
