The most noteworthy decisions this month are the following:In Sunoco,Inc.v.Illinois National Insurance Company,No.06-1295(3~(rd)Cir.January 31,2007),Judge Fisher,writing for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals,largely affirmed a ruling that damages from multiple sites and raised in seventy-seven cases could be lumped together into a single occurrence for the purpose of satisfying the insured's self-retention and triggering the insurer's duty to defend.
