Impact of Computer Technology on Environmental studies

摘要

The present paper describes the worldwide fast growing environmental pollution problems and their effects on human beings. The emerging trends in the field of environmental studies all over the world are presented. As computer industry including software technology is widely attracting even the national governments, the applications of computers in their most effective fashion to solve one of the most complex systems i. e. environment system involving the monitoring, modelling and analysis of these systems have been outlined comprehensively. Few valuable suggestions to improve the quality 0of environment with on-going developments are also cited.
