摘要

A catalytic polarographic method for the determination of microgram quantities of Cu(II) and Ni(II) is developed based on the catalytic currents of copper and nickel in the presence of antipyrine in sodium perchlorate medium. The procedure is applied for the estimation of Cu(II) and Ni(II) in water and plant materials. The method is simple, sensitive and free from interference of many metal ions.
