摘要

We have found several wrinkled-leaf phenotypes in soybean plants regenerated from tissue cultures or protoplasts. The first one was identified in a plant regenerated via the organogenic regeneration system of Banwale et al. (1986) with cv. Asgrow A3127. Reciprocal crosses showed this trait to be maternally inherited (Stephen et al., 1991). This mutation apparently arose due to somaclonal variation and is one of a large number of mutants that have been described in regenerated soybean plants (summarized by Widholm, 1996).
