My Mid-March story on carbon capture on farms ["Mastering carbon," p. 29] and my column ["A catch to carbon," p. 38] on what Congress may do about it generated a lot of e-mail. Much came from farmers who don't believe that global warming is happening,or if it is, that humans are causing it. One e-mail suggested visiting the Web page of Senator James Inhofe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (www.epw.senate. gov/minority). Look for the report, "More than 700international scientists dissent over man-made global warming claims," he said.
