Earlier this year, Josh and Jeremy Gerwin of Bradner, Ohio, closed on 78 acres of flat, tiled land about 25 miles south of Lake Erie. If all goes well, it could be the start of another generation of Ger-wins on northwest Ohio land they've farmed sinceafter the Civil War.
