Large order for industrial sectional overhead doors

Towards the end of 2004, Hydro Doors was awarded its biggest single industrial sectional overhead door contract to date - 149 automated doors at the new warehousing for Bridgestone/Firestone and Samsung. Installation of Hydro's doors on this prestigious project commenced in April 2005 and completed at the end of August. The doors seen in the photo are manufactured from specially treated, pre-coated and embossed steel panels 533mm high and hinged together on the inside. Some of the doors on this project rise full vertically and others are up and over as is typical in a garage door situation. Windows are fitted for easy inspection of the outside loading bay, before opening the door. Doors can be supplied in the standard single-skin or a double-skin insulated version.
