I was going to write about the "buy-out" process that happened this spring. In fact, I had the column written and ready to send off. As I was re-reading it and doing some last minute editing, I became so weary that I decided - Nope, I'm not going there. Suffice to say we were caught up in a whirlwind this spring for the buy-out package after waiting almost a year for it to be finalized. Should one stay in for another year or possibly get out now while the getting's good?
