EXPERIENCE WITH RUSSIAN LOW-CEMENT CONCRETES FOR LADLE LININGS

At UkrNIIO Joint Stock Company, a composition and production technology for SVGNTsBV high-alumina, low-cement vibrational concrete mixture, based predominantly on local raw materials, have been developed. Tests show the effectiveness of this concrete mixture in the lining of steel-casting ladles (for the bottom and the casing, for example). SVGNTsBV mixture has also been tested in lining the walls of steel-casting ladles and the bottom of intermediate ladles.
