Analysis of Data from the New Automatic Control System at the AKM-312 Sintering Machine

Some information on the wetting, charging, and sintering of pellets obtained during the introduction of a new automatic control system for the AKM-312 sintering machine at OAO Novolipetskii Metallurgicheskii Kombinat is considered, with the goal of improving the control system, formulating goals for the higher-level subsystem, gaining insights for the design of the next sintering-machine control system, and developing specifications for more efficient system utilization.
