EC Supports Standards for E-Commerce

The European Commission is continuing to support the development of standards for the interchange of product information by extending these to encourage the implementation of E-Commercestandards.The Commission has funded a project called ProcatGen whose goal is to create standards & guidelines (and demonstrator systems) that will support information exchange across supply chains.
