First let me wish everyone a very happy New Year and hope that your holiday season was filled with family, friends, and good health!My husband and I were able to sneak away for a couple of days between Christmas and New Year's Day and travel up to New York City. We found ourselves among the thousands of other tourists that took to the streets of the city that week. One of my favorite things to do when I am in a big city like New York is to people watch. Actually, I think that there is no greater city to accomplish this then in New York. As I was watching all the people crowding the streets, department stores, and subway, it occurred to me that out of all these people-I knew no one but my husband! If he wasn't with me, I would have been lost in this sea of people.
