Laminar metallic composites of the titanium-steel system are widely used in applications associated with considerable stress and thermal stress, such as struc-tural components, bridges, and oil-industry equipment and also in high-precision instruments [1]. The com-plex influence of structural, technological, and opera-tional factors hinders efforts to predict the reliability and performance of laminar titanium-steel composites produced by technologies such as explosive welding.
