IN OUT is an innovative SACMI-patented technical solution for the production of ceramic WCs that overcomes design barriers using a fully automated production process. Experience with complex products made using modern high pressure casting technology has shown that it is often necessary to overcome following considerable technical difficulties: aesthetic deformation on large products; imperfections on large flat walls as a result of firing deformation; technical defects and breakages caused by incompatibilities between complex geometric solutions and ceramic process variables; the need to design objects with large internal structures to comply with design solutions, an aspect unsuited to high pressure casting technology.
