APRE gears up for 2013

Each New Year is an opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and to look ahead to anticipated successes. It's also a time for making resolutions. Since its launch in June 2011, the Alliance for Potato Research and Education (APRE) has resolved to build the science foundation about the important role of potatoes in all forms — baked, boiled, mashed or fried — in a healthy, well-balanced diet. And that's a resolution that will continue to drive the organization's work in 2013.
