'Biggins' is Better Wisconsin grower/shipper takes baked potatoes to the next level

Russet Potato Exchange (RPE) in Bancroft, Wis., is thinking far outside of the box with its Biggins line of fresh potatoes. Biggins are premium-sized russet baking potatoes that are available in the traditional boxes and bags. But RPE is offering retailers - and consumers - something more by making its Biggins potatoes available in a wrapped and easy-to-microwave form. The potatoes are available as single-wrapped potatoes and also as complete meals, with toppings and seasonings included.
