Tell us about how you started your business.A traditional college education and seeking a career afterward wasn't my desire. A road trip with my dad—a life-long polyure-thane foam contractor, supplier, and salesman—to various contracting companies like Timberline Insulation in Montana, American Services in Dublin, Calif., and Applied Foam Tech, Calif., provided the notion that this was my calling. Family and friends and some personal loans got All Seasons Insulation (ASI) up and running.
