New levelling machine for special demands

After intensive research and comparisons, NB Norder Bandstahl GmbH decided on a Schnutz leveller. Together with the levelling machine manufacturer, a levelling machine was selected which meets these special demands.Firstly, the levelling roll dia meter suitable for the thickness range had to be determined. Only when the roll diameter and the material thickness are matched to one another, can the necessary degree of plastification of the strip section be achieved togive an optimal result from the levelling process.
