Rejoinder

摘要

Iwould like to start my rejoinder by expressing my gratitude to all discussants for their valuable, stimulating and—at times—provocative comments. It is very reassuring to see the shared interest of such well-known colleagues in regression models beyond the mean in terms of both support and criticism of the material in the main paper of this discussion. In the following, I will try to supplement some of the comments where it seemed necessary to me. I decided to comment individually on the contributions to allow for a better connection between the issues raised by the discussants and the replies and to allow a separate assessment of each of the discussion contributions.
