Dynamic control system for secondary cooling of continuous casting machines

摘要

Software top dynamically control the water spray supply to the secondary cooling zones of a caster has been developed which uses an average value for the heat transfer coefficient. This enables adjustment s to the cooling water supply necessitated by changes in casting speed to the maculated more rapidly. Trails on a caste show this model to respond accurately.
