Awareness Programme on Electrical Wires, Cables, Appliances and Protection Devices and Accessories (Quality Control ) Order, 2003

摘要

Thiruvananthapuram Branch Office participated in an awareness programme on 30 July 2003 organized by the Office of the Electrical Inspectorate, Idukki, District, Kerala State. This District level awareness programme was organized as an initial step for the implementation of the Electrical Wires, Cables, Appliances and Protection Device and Accessories (Quality Control) Order, 2003. Several participants including representatives from the Distributors of the Electrical items covered under the Quality Control Order, Members of the Kerala Electric Trades Association, Offices of Kerala State Electricity Board, and Electrical Inspectors attended the programme. BIS was invited as an expert in the field of Quality Control, to contribute advice and suggestions for implementation of the Quality Control Order.
