Dr. Kohler made new Honorary Professor at TU Freiberg

Dr. Karl-Ulrich Kohler, Executive Board Chairman of ThyssenKrupp Steel, was appointed the new honorary professor for "Flat Products Technology" at TU Bergakademie Freiberg on 9 December 2005. Dr. Kohler, who is on the board of trustees of the university in Freiberg, has helped to push forward Germany's development as a steel-producing nation during his twenty years of professional activity. In the course of his committed work for ThyssenKrupp Steel he has cultivated close contacts with partners at universities and research establishments.
