Contractors has once again brought legislative debate to ever-contentious A.R.S. Title 34, which regulates bidding for public buildings and improvements. Before the 48th Arizona Legislature convened in January, chapter staff met to discuss Title 34 revisions with representatives from the County Supervisors Assn. of Arizona, the League of Arizona Cities and Towns and Rep.
