In March 2005, Graef subcontracted with CORE Construction Services of Arizona for the Apache Junction City Facilities, 1001 N. Idaho Road, The 582,776 dollars contract called for Graef to complete grading, paving and excavate for site utilities. The project was completed in November 2005.The 78,000-square-foot project consisted of two separate facilities. The city hall/courts portion includes courtrooms, office space, meeting space, a temporary holding cell and other amenities. The multi-generational portion of the project included an indoor running track and other city facilities. Jay Graef notes: "During construction, we had to pay particular attention to maintaining the pristine descrl and coordinating wilh the city's activities and services."
