Sundt Construction, Inc. is building a new three-story office building to house the company's growing operations. The 67,400-sq-ft, 11.5 million dollars building will sit on four acres in Tempe's Fountainhead Corporate Park and will be home to 220 employees from the company's heavy-dvil division, Arizona building division, management, corporate support personnel and others. "It will get us into one building to make us more efficient", says Doug Pruitt, Sundfs CEO. The divisions are currently scattered throughout the Phoenix area in five different locations. Sundt is utilizing building information modeling for the project.
